Hi friends, This is an example of my portrait work I printed and hand-colored with charcoal, pastels and ink. After manually cutting out the image from the paper with a razor, the image is mounted to wood with a white paint barrier. I then use a protective varnish that helps me control the amount of charcoal I’m laying down on the image. Once the charcoal and pastels are blended, I add another 2 coats of acrylic varnish for the finish. If you would like one of these, arrange to email me a photo of your loved one, or arrange for an affordable photo session. Thank you for looking. Be safe out there.
