This is a photo essay I worked on about 20 years ago while serving as a civilian contractor, director of photography at Marine Corps Base Quantico, in Va. The Scout Sniper Course is very selective. Typically only a small percent of those who sign up for each Sniper School slot actually make it and become Scout Snipers.
