Hi Friends, I created these images shortly following the election of “Traitor Trump.” It was at a time early into his presidency when he was injuring the lives of so many, many minorities and others in this country and abroad. The safety pin was once a symbol people would wear on the outside of their clothing to indicate they are willing to help those escaping from Nazi persecution. “You’re safe with me.” I added the heart and pride colors to celebrate the diversity of humans in our communities regardless of their peaceful affiliations.
